Need Help ?

Images intended for digital projection do not need to be of high resolution.
For print use you would probably be keeping the image at 300dpi. For projection use the resolution should be set to a low number.
The one thing you do need to do is to adjust the overall size of the image down to 1400 x 1050 pixels maximum.
To do this, proceed as follows:
Launch Adobe Photoshop Elements
Open
your image file
Click on Image on the command line - then on Resize in the pop-down list - then on Image Size

Now make the following changes in the pop up window:
1. Ensure that the Constrain Proportions box is ticked
2. Under Document Size, change Resolution to 96 pixels/inch
3. Under Pixel Dimensions, change the Width and Height as follows:
4. For a Landscape orientation image: Width = 1400
5. For a Portrait orientation image: Height = 1050
6. Finally save the file as a .jpg file extension at a quality level of 8 or higher.

Success !
